Animal Print Pop

So remember I said I had 4 of the same style dress? Here's another version of the polka dot one from this post. I also had the button panel sewn shut on this one and probably should have tried it on before I did because it is a little tight despite being a bigger size than I normally wear. I found that all 4 of my dresses from Penneys are all different sizes!! Keeps life interesting I guess...grr...The headband was a gift from my sister and my hair actually looked WAY better in person!

Little Polka Dot Dress

This is one of 4 dresses I bought from Penneys that are all the same style but different designs. There are buttons up the front but I found that they pulled a little too much for my liking so I had my friend sew the panel shut. That seemed to to the trick! It also has pockets which I like on little summer dresses. I doubt I will get the chance to wear this without a cardigan or leggings anytime soon if the current weather persists but that's okay with me...I'm used to it by now ha! :D

Latest obsession - lime chicken tortilla soup

I have been so obsessed with this super easy chicken noodle - tortilla - lime soup.  I just take a can of Chicken Noodle Soup, I add lime juice, then microwave.  When it's done I tear up a tortilla in small pieces and add colby jack cheese.  It's so easy and delicious!

Out in the Haymarket

The other day I wore this bright pink J. Crew dress for a meeting in the Haymarket at the Starlight Lounge!  I added a few beads and black and white snake skin shoes by Milly.

Say a little prayer that the closing on my new house goes well! We are supposed to close 4/17/12 at 1pm on hour house in Eagle, Nebraska!
